As we have discussed, this blog is for everyone to stay connected and keep up to date with The Teerlink Family Challenge. This will be where we will log our weight loss (weigh ins are on Sundays), share weight loss tips, recipes, and help each other stay motivated to lose a little weight and get healthy! Feel free to share what is working for you, or what challenges you are facing.
Dad, Mom, Kami, Felix, Laura, James, Chrystina, Jared, and Mandy are all participating. Everyone is putting $40 into the pot to make the Grand Prize $360! The winner will be whoever loses the most pounds. Healthy weight loss should be about 2 lbs. per week so even if you only have 20 lbs. or 50 lbs. to lose it should be an even competition for the 12 weeks.
By this point everyone should have had their initial weigh in. Everyone will be posting the pounds lost. (You don't have to reveal your weight unless you want to.) We would like everyone to have their totals posted by 10 PM.
